Sul, sul dear simmers! How are you doing? Today, I bring you a commercial boulevard designed to be placed in Willow Creek, on the lot where the museum used to be. I suggest positioning the boat facing the promenade with the tables and umbrellas.

The establishment features:

- A bookstore with a boat full of books and an upper floor with a bubble tea area and a terrace.
- A jewelry store with a workshop.
- A service area with restrooms and vending machines.
- A gym.
- A clothing store (with a basement floor containing changing rooms).
